Shashlik is the centrepiece of Armenian BBQ culture and the defining dish of Rincon Armenio. Our definition is uncompromising: meat marinated for a minimum of 24 hours, skewered by hand, and cooked exclusively over natural charcoal — never gas, never electric.

We offer three varieties, each with its own character:

Our Dolma consists of a seasoned blend of pork and beef wrapped tightly in tender grape leaves.
